Gorpy.net started as one late-night experiment: can a game fit in a lunch break and still make you feel something? Now it's a living lab of creatures, toys and tiny worlds.

Our Friday pipeline is stupidly simple and ruthlessly playful. If kids don't laugh in playtest, we restart.
Monday — Napkin doodle
One sentence idea + one crayon sketch. Example: “frog post office but packages are songs”.
Tuesday — Squish prototype
Grey boxes that already feel juicy. We add bounce, wiggle and “boing” before graphics.
Thursday — Kid test
20 kids, 20 grandparents, zero instructions. We watch where they giggle and where they get stuck.
Friday — Gorpy Drop
Polish, music, badges and patch notes comic. Live at 17:00 with a dance party stream.
